About:Drinking Water in China

Is it safe for me to "wash" my hands with tap water before putting contact lenses on?

Or do I need to "sanitize" my hands further with alcohol (i.e. kill off biologicals in the water)?

Amy, I have done that many times. If you are still worried about that, you may sanitize your hands again after you wash them with tap water.
