About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is this all legitimate and in line with Chinese regulations for a 72 hour visa free transit each time?

I will be arriving in Beijing from Dubai on 09.08.14 at 15.10 and leaving for Pyongyang at 13.00 on 12.08.14. Then I will be arriving again from Pyongyang on 26.08.14 at 10.00 and leaving for Dubai on 28.08.14 at 23.55.
