About:China Visa Application in UK

can i submit my application in person for a chinese l visa and have my passport posted back?

I live far away from London, so is it possible to have my families passports posted back after submitting my application in person? How long would it take if that's possible, or if not, how long does it take for the postal application process from sending to receiving it back? Thank you!

Hannah, you can actually send your applications to the CVASC directly instead of submitting them in person. Then you will receive them after your applications are processed. It save you the trouble of going there. I am not sure if you can submit your application in person and then have them posted back to you. You may contact the CVASC branch in London to confirm his. In addition, it takes around 10 working days if you apply by post.
