could we use multi-cooker from UK with 240 voltage in China?

Patricia, please look at your multi-cooker and see if you can find out "Input: 100 to 240V". 100 to 240V means that your appliance' voltage range is from 100 to 240V. The standard voltage in China is 220V. If your appliance' voltage is from 100 to 240V, you can use that in China. However, I am afraid that you need to buy an adapter because China and UK have different socket standards.
