i am presently working with a company for last 10 years but I do not see any growth in my position .is it recommended to try for new job .Also I want to buy a new house.is it ok.My husband is a monkey born on June 15,1968

Well, you can get a small promotion this year, but it seems not the result you expect. Therefore, if you wanna change a new job, it is fine, but it is best to quit after you get the new offer. It is ok to buy a house accoridng to the DOBs of you two and it is most auspicious to have one in Aug. 2014.
