About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Invitational Letter

Good morning,

I have a Federal employee that will be traveling to China and they need to obtain a visa. The question is about the invitational letter. He will be traveling from August 7-13 but his invitation letter is for August 8-9. Is that acceptable?

Hi, it is ok. Because generally a single entry will be issued with 30 days as the duration of stay after entry. It will not be a problem for him to enter China earlier and leave anytime before it expires.
