Getting a Visa to China via the Philippines

Help info please from anyone..

I didn't have one coming to China so my travel agent changed my itinerary just so i can still fly. He advised me to apply for it when im in China. All of this happened while i was checking in at the Airport on July 1. Now I'm here on a transit G en route to the Philippines. To my disappointment my application here was denied so now i have to leave China tomorrow.

The above article says that it is very difficult to get one from a third country however, im also reading comments that people have been able to get theirs (overnight) in HK or Macau.

Can anyone confirm this info first hand (from personal experience)? This will help me decide whether i go to the Philippines to apply or to HK or Macau.

cheers!

Hi, as I know, it is possible to apply for it in HK nowadays. You can also try to contact a local travel ageny for direct answer. Here I know one (CTS HK) providing such service. Tel: (852) 2315 7171
