Hi, Can I exchange MRT at Hong Kong station to Red line for Yau Ma Tei station?

Yes, you can. But the Tsuen Wan line (Red Line) is connected with Central Station. Then upon arriving at HK Station, follow the clear signages to walk through the underground pass to Central to catch MTR to your destination.0
