About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

register marriage in china

I live in Melbourne and have married a Chinese lady here in Melbourne thou she not live here as of yet, the marriage has been registered here but my wife would like to register it in china can we register the marriage here through the embassy and would my wife have to be here to sign.

No, this can only be down when you both are in China. Chinese embassy only can do an authentication of your Australian marriage certifcate.
