Is it true that the ticket collection from the railway staion has been cancelled?

We won't arrive at our hotel in Hangzhou until probably after midnight and we want to travel to Wenzhou the next morning by a fast train. I think it's better if we can collect our train tickets at the eastern railway station. However I've heard that this service is now cancelled? Is this true? If it's true, will the ticket delivery to the hotel be secured?
