Hand baggage- powder milk

Hi. I will travelling with China Air. Am i allowed to bring powder milk in my hand baggage? And how much, does it needs to be sealed? My son is travelling with me. Thanks

Gemma, you can bring milk powder with you to board the plane, according to what I know. I am afraid that the security might open your milk can for a check to ensure that there is no safety threat. However, I have no idea how much you can take. You'd better consult with the airlines. By the way, you are not allowed to take liquid milk on board.
