He's a Ox Virgo and I'm a Dragon Sagittarius should we continue exploring our friendship?

I like I'm but we don't spend time together, and he's mentioned relationship but not long ago he didn't want a girlfriend...,I'm confused.

In fact, Ox ad Dragon are ok though they have a lot of spats. Due to their strong and sharp personalities and stubbornness, they may have conflicts more often. The only solution is praise and speak sweets words to each other.
