I have US passport with one month on my ARC. Can I apply for visa?

Sorry, you can't apply in South Korea. However, you may fly to Japan to apply.1

Hi EK, you may have a try to contact CVASC branch in your place for the latest requirements. I think it is possible even if your ARC is valid for one month only.
