About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I apply VOC visa at Hangzhou? I am a Malaysian

I am going to Hangzhou tomorrow for 4 days. Planning to meet up with Wechat company. I forgot to apply Visa in Advance. Please advise

I am afraid you can't unless you get approved by the airport with the help of Wechat company in advance.
