About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do Philippine Passport Holders need a transit visa to Guangzhou for 2 hours stop over?

Do i have to apply for a transit visa in Guangzhou, China for a stop over of 2 hours? and return as well from Guangzhou at 835am to Manila 10:55am

You needn't because you transit than 24 hours at the airport.
