train ticket pick up

Dear mr/mrs,

What kind of proof do i need to pick up my paid train tickets? is my passport enough?

Your original passport and order number are necessary for picking up your ticket.

Do you mean with order number, the tracking number that i got by email?

Not the tracking number. It's the order number your booking agent send to you after issuing the ticket.
