About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I cannot download the visa form as I do not have the correct software. What do I do?

I have asked the office to mail me the forms, but they do not want to do it.

As I know, they only accept typed application form from September 2013. I an afraid you may have to install Adobe Acrobat Reader to your computer first.
