time to go to badalingback from beijing south train station

Question

I am going tomorrow to BJ from Shanghai by morning train.. reaching there by noon. Is it possible to visit Badaling section within 5 hours and be back to Biejing south train station within 5 hours ? This is so m back to Shnaghai tomorrow night.. is there any other section of great wall too which is better and nearer to South train station

Well, it is possible to visit the wall and catch your train back to Shanghai in five hours. To fully visit the wall, I suggest you take a taxi or rent a car/van to get there. Mutianyu and Badaling are the most popular sections around BJ. Comparatively, Badaling is closer to the South Train Station, so it shall be your choice!
