adopting more than one child from china/gender perferance

How much is it to adopt 3 girls from china?.. Also am I allowed to adopt more than one child rom china if I`m an American citizen?And are we allowed to request a gender perferance when adopting a child from china because I want to adopt a girl from china.[But not just 1 girl, I would loooooveee to adopt 3-4 girls from there]^-^.

According to the regulations, regardless which country u are from, you are only allowed to adopt one child at a time. But u have the right to put forward the gender preference.
