New passport - need to show (all) old visas?

USA citizen with multiple previous trips to China, all listed in old passport that's just expired. I have new one and will apply for it soon for upcoming trip, with business type, but will I need to submit old passport or photocopy pages such as info plus ALL previous trips (9?).
