How to pick up the ticket myself at train station?

If I book a ticket from TravelChinaGuide and choose to pick it up myself at the station, is there a designated desk, window, or machine at the station for me to pick up my ticket? Thanks

Always the station has a English service ticket window, so you can collect your tickets there. If you cannot find the English service one, you can ask for help from the Inquiry desk.
