If you buy your ticket from the Shanghai Railway Station, no extra service fee is charged.
If you plan to book the ticket through TravelChinaGuide and collect on your own from the station, the TravelChinaGuide will charge extra service fee around 5 to 8USD per ticket. If you ask them for delivering your ticket to your hotel, the delivering service fee is around 5USD per booking.0
