About:Huangguoshu Waterfall

Can Huangguoshu Waterfall and Longgong Caves be done in a day trip from either Anshun or Guiyang?

Are there package tours available for such things?

Yes, you can cover both of them in a day, because they are around 40km between. Anshun city is closer to the attractions!

Generally, hotels arrange the one day tour for their guests. If you will stay in a hotel in Anshun or Guiyang, I suggest you consult your hotel!
