Day 1: Walk for no more than 1.4km to City of Dreams from your hotel for a visit. After that, take the shuttle bus of the City of Dreams to Hotel Sintra. After that, I suggest you walk to the Ruins. And the Venetian Resort is also within walking distance from your hotel.

Day 2-4: you are recommended to tour HK Disneyland Resort, Ngong Ping 360/Giant Buddha, Ocean Park, the Peak/Madame Tussaud's, Tsim Sha Avenue (Avenue of Stars), Causeway Bay, Bauhinia Square and other attractions you mentioned above.

For these destinations, you are recommended to make full use of local metro system! Search the map of HK MTR in this website and you will find much helpful info.
Day 5: you can roam around your hotel in the morning and then get ready for your leaving!

Thank you Mr.Jimmy. Please inform us detail itinerary for Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4. Because we don't know about time arrangement for one day ( morning till night ) and starting point from the hotel and the best route concerning about distance and cost. Could we use combination of transportation between Metro and bus and how to get there from point to point based on the sequence ? Thank you very much for your help.

Would you clarify one thing first? Are you going to stay in the Harbour Grand HK or Harbour Grand Kowloon?

Day 2: Ngong Ping 360 and Disneyland; Day 3, Ocean Park and the Star of Avenue; Day 4: the Peak, the Bauhinia Square and Causeway Bay.

From your hotel, you can walk to the Fortress Hill Station to take the Island Line to Central Station. Then walk to the HK Station to take the Tung Chung Station. Then walk to the Ngong Ping Cable Car Station to take the cable car to reach the Ngong Ping Station. Then you can visit the Ngong Ping Town and the Buddha. Then take the Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station where you can find the Disneyland Resort Line to Disneylandy.

On the next day, you can still use the Island Line to Admiralty Station and walk to the Admiralty West to take the bus line 629 to reach Ocean Park directly. Then use the same line back the Admiralty Station and use the Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station where you can walk to the Star of Avenue.

On the third day, use the Inland Line to Central Station and then walk to the Peak Tram Lower Station to take the tram to visit the peak. Then use the inland line to Wan Chai Station and then walk to the Bauhinia Square. Then use the same line to Causeway Bay.
