About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Duration of visa

Hi,

I am a Canadian working in China. My Iranian girlfriend wants to visit me and stay with me for several months.

I am wondering what type she can get and what would be the duration.

I am a Prof. and she is a Medical Doctor. Maybe I can invite her for study/exchange, etc...type F?

Hi, she can apply for a tourist L for this visit, with an invitation letter, and copies of your residence permit. Since you are not married, she may only be able to get an L for 30 days, but it is ok for her to extend it for another 30 days within China.
