About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

Visa required for 1 day cruise stop in Shanghai? Arriving from Taiwan, going to Hong Kong.

We heard of the 72 hour stopover. That only seems to apply to Air Travel.

I don't think you need to apply one because you just stay less than 24 hours.
