You mean from HK Station to Lo Wu Border?
If so, the fare is around 47HKD and the duration is around 701 minutes.1

Please verify whether the travel time from Hongkong to Lo Wu border via MRT train is 701 minutes as answered by Harry of Ukraine. From other source which I cannot remember is 50 minutes only or less than an hour.0
