hi i am monkey and married to rabbit

hi i am monkey and most of the things you said above are true about career and realtionships .i am very arrogant some times and impatient too . i am married to rabbit , have two kids .it is true that in my career i get very less for what i deserve to be .I always think for the benefits of my company but in the long run it always proves against me , yes i am selfish sometimes but not to the extent of hurting or backstabbing some one.

Rohit, it's good that you always think for the benefits of your company. However, did you ask yourself if you show your concern in a wrong way? I think you should get rid of your arrogance and impatience first. Then, you need to get along with your colleagues very well. A capable man still need to cooperate with others. It's important to work as a team.
