Can i visit the harbin ice festival from 24-26 feb for next year? 2015..

is it always there ice festival for every year? And how get there if i from macau?

Yes, you can. The festival is annually held in the city, starting around Jan. 5 and lasting till the end of Feb. so you will have a chance to enjoy that then.

You can fly from Macao to Beijing and transfer to another direct plane to this city.
