But what is your departing point? Anyway, I remember local (Yongji) bus no. 2 or 3 can directly take u to Pujiu Temple.
Yongle Palace is the Ruicheng County, so you can take a taxi to get easily from any stop.1

Well then, take a train from your departing city to Yongji first. Then take bus no. 3 at Yongji Train Station to Pujiu Temple directly. It is 13-15km from the train station to the temple, so you can also take a taxi to arrive.
Take a bus at YC Bus Station to Ruicheng and then use a taxi to the Yongle Palace for a visit!0
