i booked a train for saturday but i cant make it for that day

is it possible to change the day to sunday

yes, it is possible.
If you booked online and did not get the paper tickets, you can change it as long as there are still seats left on the trains on Sunday. If you or your agent have already gotten the paper ticket for you, the ticket can only be changed at a railway station with your passport presented.
