About:China Work Visa

overseas work experience while living in china

I worked more than 3 years as a translator in Poland but after working 1 year there, as my girlfriend moved to china, I stayed on a tourist L visa with her in china while still being employed in my home country as I was able to do my job off-site. After a year in China I came back and continued my work for more than a year. Now I am offered a job in China but wonder if my work experience is valid as 1 year of that is when I actually lived in China. Am I eligible for working Z in China?

Hi, you can apply for Chinese work Z type of course if you have official invitation letter and work permit. So, contact the company for those documents first.
