Aries Dragon 1976 questioning my male/female integration. Reluctant to be entrepreneur

I know I need to be a team player. Lately I've been attracting rats monkeys horses. I feel we should all work together and educate ourselves the whole zodiac. Also reluctantly I will become and entrepreneur in a few months. Does the scale matter? Would it be safer to go small because if big isn't dangerous to the whole(big flow of cash) i realize money can be a useful tool for the appropriate development of humanity if in the hands of a team of benevolent like minded people.
