About:Zhoucheng Village Tie-Dyeing

Florida resident applying for a visa in San Franciso, CA.

I reside in Ft. Myers, FL. I have planned a tour of PRC in August/Sept., 2014. I will be in San Francisco, CA during July-August, 2014. Am I allowed to apply in person for a Tourist L at the Consular Office in San Francisco?

I am afraid you have to apply in Huston if you reside in Florida. It is ok to apply for it now before leaving for SF.
