I am in USA, my lady in Sichuan province could not successfully download QQ international chat/video, said there was an error in the process of her downloading. She has MSN she asked me if I did. Can we communicate (chat and or Video) freely or at low cost with MSN? What could we both easily download and begin no or low cost comm.? (Skype, MSN messenger etc.)
