URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hello,

I am a swiss citizen and I am in a particular situation. I am currently abroad (of course carrying my passport) and will land in Geneva on the 24th june at 2:30pm , I need to be in Shanghai for a very important meeting on the 30th june (thus leaving on the 29th).
As I will only be able to go to Bern to apply for a visa on the 25th in the morning and that it takes 4 day to process it, I should have it the 28th but it is a saturday, so I could only have it on monday the 30th.

My questions are such:
1. Is there any way to get an express delivery for it and have it in 3 days or less?
2. Can someone of my family take care of depositing the application and begin the process (although I am currently in possession of the Passport)
3. If none of the previous options are possible, can I be sure to get it Exactly on monday the 30th ? or is it just an approximate delivery
