What is the tax for extra cans of milk formula per can?

The tax rate has been adjusted from 20 percent to 5 percent since Jan. 1, 2013. However, every passenger can take as many as six cans (800 grams per can) according to the regulations. If they take more than 5 kilograms, they won't be allowed to bring them into China. Those who take less than 2.5 kg are not asked to pay the duty.
