Is same day visa pick up available for Chicago Chinese Embassy?

I see different things posted on different websites and the official embassy website doesnt have clear information on this. Does Chicago embassy accept rush service and provide it on the same day? I emailed them and the auto-reply mentioned "no same day service available" but your website and some others says yes. I am confused...please help.
