About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

will there be any problem on applying a China Visa?

I'm holding a Canadian Passport in the name of Lau Kwong Wah Alfred and Driver Licence and Citizen Card name of Lau Kwong Wah

I am afraid you have to get a certificate about name change. This is a problem if the names are different on those documents.
