Road to Jiuzhaigou airport closed for works ?

Hi,
I will need to reach Jiuzhai-Huanglong airport from JZG in about 10 days. I read that there are some road construction works ongoing, resulting in road closures. Is there a detour in place ? If I have a flight at 21:00, at what time should I leave JZG by taxi ? Thanks!
