My officer have a plan to attend the seminar at Department of Civil Aviation on 2-4 July.I would like to know the direction ofairport to silka west kooloon hotel and hotel to Department of Civil Aviation.

From the airport, you can take the airport express to Kowloon Station and then take a taxi to  the hotel in about 15 to 20 minutes. From the airport, you can use the same way to reach the Airport and then ask the staff to find the Department of Civil Aviation. The department of Civil Aviation of HK is located inside the airport.
