parcel problems

I watch here that many people are having problems with purchases from china. I bought a product for 10 business days ago, and today I noticed that is as "NULL" PVG. Bought via credit card, and I have no response from the Chinese company. If this keeps up, next week I will cancel international purchase on my credit card. Was promised on the website between 7 and 10 business days.

NULL is not an abnormal status though. It is just a technique problem of China Post tracking system. It means your parcel was delivered to PVG (Shanghai Pudong Airport) for customs check. After being checked there, it would be sent overseas, so I suggest you wait a little bit longer.
