Do you mean Xintai city in Shandong Province?
if so, there is no direct train from Beijing to Xintai. but you can get to Tai'an from Beijing by bullet train (2 - 3 hours), and take a bus to Xintai (2 hours). the last one leaves Beijing south railway station at 19:00.0
