About:China Work Visa

One year work visa

Is that right or wrong ? is it true ? If I will travel to work in a company But I never come to China before,that means I must come to China first for business purpose stay one month then come back to Egypt then the company can make work Z with one year term for me.

No, it is not true. If you get an offer now, you can send your documents to the company so that they are able to get work permit/Employment certificate for you as well as the work invitation letter. Once your employer send these documents to you, you can apply for work Z directly.
