Can tickets for 2 trips be delivered together at hotel in Beijing?

1. We would like to take the G-train from Beijing to Shanghai on 14 July and from Nanjing to Beijing on 23 July.
Can we have the tickets delivered at our hotel in Beijing before 12 July?

2. If we book the tickets today, what is the chance that we get the train that we request?
