I will take the train from Shanghai Honqiao to Ningbo and then from Ningbo to Beijing South. Will I be able to pick up both these tickets and also consign a bag to Beijing at Shanghai South on 21 June and collect my bag in Beijing on 26 June?

u need to use express services to consign bag seperately from shanghai to beijing. you can book through railways also but need pay charge.

yes, you can pick up the tickets at shanghai south. you can also consign your luggage there. usually the luggage will arrrive at the destination in 1 - 2 days. and the beijing railway station will keep your bags for free at most 3 days. why don't you carry your bags with you?
