About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I am Canadian. I live in Anguilla (caribbean) i have a ticket to fly to China June 24. See below

On june 15 I fly to Spain till the 24th when i leave from there to Shanghai. So i must get my Visa in Madrid.
Is this possible? I am not a Resident in Spain BUT this seems to be my only option as there is not an Embassy in the Caribbean. Thank you for your help..

I am afraid you can not apply in Madrid if you are not a resident there. You can have a try to contact the CVASC in Madrid directly via Tel: 0034--913145918 for more details.
