quality clothing shanghai or guangzhou?

of the two places/cities where am I guaranted for quality clothing for the family?. specify the places. I am worried about the quality more than the prices. thanks

Guangzhou city is much more suggested. In that city, there are more wholesale markets where you can find various clothes in different quality. If you want to buy high quality clothes, the Baima Clothes Wholesale Market is suggested to go.
