Zhongshan Visa on arriva;

Hello, I am A Canadian man that needs to get to GZ Lightfair. I have a invitation letter from a Zhongshan LED company. I have also many visa's from China in past. Apparently I can get a VOA at port? Is this true and what is cost. Details please
