How to get to Check Inn Hostel (Wan Chai, Hennessy Road) from HK airport? And the traveling time?

You can take the public bus line A11 to Stewart Road, Hennessy Road Station. Then walk along the Hennessy Road to find a Manning and the KwongWah Mansion is next to the Mannning. Your hotel is on the KwongWah Mansion. The bus journey takes around 60 minutes.
